Webnixon is committed to providing an accessible digital experience for all visitors, in line with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

Our commitment

Webnixon Studios Corp. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

As an Ontario-based business we follow the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (opens in a new tab) and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR) (opens in a new tab).

Conformance status

This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA (opens in a new tab), the technical standard required by AODA.

Known limitations

We are aware that some embedded third-party content (for example, social media widgets, video players or analytics dashboards) may not yet meet WCAG 2.1 AA in full. We are working with our vendors to resolve these gaps and will publish updates here as they are addressed.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, or if you need information in an alternate format (large print, accessible PDF, plain text, audio or braille), please contact us. We aim to respond within two business days.

Enforcement

The Accessibility Directorate of Ontario (opens in a new tab) oversees compliance with the AODA. If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility request, you may escalate the issue to that office.
